A Simple project management and payment app

This solves 3 basic problems

Work Orders – A work order is a simple agreement on how much a sub gets paid, when they get paid and a simple checklist of what they need to do to get paid. It’s that simple! Work order video.

FAST Payment – After the sub completes his work order, he simply checks off his items, can take pictures of the work completed, inspection reports, etc. – and hit submit – This notifies the builder or project manager that the work is completed. He then verifies the work is completed, signs off on his phone app, and submits for payment. The sub is then paid as quick and easy as a Venmo payment! No more cumbersome construction draws, waiting on payments, etc.

Scheduling – A simple way for everyone to be on the same page. No more calls about when things will be ready for the next sub.

Plans & Specs – On a simple phone app so every sub has access to the latest floor plans, specs, colors, etc. No more answering phone calls like, “What are the paint colors?” Roofing color? Ceiling fans? I need an updated set of plans.”, etc. etc. Subs just look on their phone app have ALL the information they need.
